Washer wont start

Hello, I have now two incidents where my washer won't start after doing a self clean. I've Unplugged it. I'm held down the start button. I've checked the breaker. I've made sure the outlet has power but it just won't start. The model is WA47CG3500AV

Is it under warranty?  Regardless, contact Samsung support. Have you read the manual to see if there is troubleshooting info on this issue?
