I accidentally started a regular cycle when it should have been a delicate cycle. I've tried holding the start/pause button down several times. The app is showing me the cancel load option but it's not highlighted and nothing happens when I push the button. Maybe offline? I was able to pull up a few options pressing the smart control button on the washer but there is no option to change the water temp or cancel the load.
