WA52A5500AC Error code 9C8 will not go away

I have the Samsung Washer WA52A5500AC and the error code stays on the machine as soon as you push the power button and will not allow any other operation to be performed! It sounds like the noise when the pump is removing the water from the tub but actually is doing nothing!

I have attempted to do the reset as explained multiple times, but as soon as you turn on the machine, it automatically has the error code and will not allow you to do any other operations.
