I have to start by letting you know that Samsung support is the worst i have ever encountered! I should be able to submit my claim online however no web browser seems to work and you are FORCED to speak with customer support. After over 2 hours and being transferred multiple times, I still have no resolution. This unit was purchased with a 2 year warranty and no help in sight. This door must be replaced!

Same issue. Dispenser door latch just broke. The machine tells me when to drain it and replace the soap. But this door latch is weak for a very very expensive machine. And now my warranty is up. What would it cost to replace or repair the door. Serial# <REMOVED>
