I have to start by letting you know that Samsung support is the worst i have ever encountered! I should be able to submit my claim online however no web browser seems to work and you are FORCED to speak with customer support. After over 2 hours and being transferred multiple times, I still have no resolution. This unit was purchased with a 2 year warranty and no help in sight. This door must be replaced!
