I left a mostly negative review and the agent directed me here (well actually she gave me a broken link so I had to Google the real one lol), I guess to have me complain more. Here is the code she put in my email: 1148383505
She also included the instructions to the washer as if I don't understand how to use it or hadn't read them already; that was actually the first thing I did when trying to figure out why I can't use the flex dispenser for a second soap on any wash setting.
You just actually can't. You can only use the flex dispenser (specialty detergent) on certain wash settings and not all of them. Now I need to see if I can edit my review to make it clear that you really absolutely cannot use the flex dispenser on anything other than washes designated with "use neutral detergent" in the app (of which there are 3 out of the like 20 that exist).
I don't know what the point of this post is other than I'm annoyed she bothered to respond when she clearly didn't even know what the actual issue is.
