Washers and DryersThe wash cycle has started adding way too much detergent and there are lots of suds. Detergent reservoir needs to be filled much too often. We've cleaned the detergent reservoirs, ran the pump clean cycle, correct settings for low dosing, etc. We're using HE detergent.
Has anyone experienced this and if so what the solution?
I've seen that "air and water pressure" can cause a syphoning effect on the detergent, but Samsungs fix procedure is just to drain and clean the drain filter...
