Hello all. I'm having 2 problems with groups on my contacts on my tablet. I have a Galaxy Tab 7. I have 2 contacts stuck under the tablet group; I'd like to move them out of there to another group, but they're stuck. Every time I delete the group,it returns.
Then my emergency group has an issue, too. The contacts themselves are not showing up there. They do show up under the emergency section under Settings (sos).
How do I fix both issues? Thank you for any ideas. I've tried several things.
First, you need to shut off syncing to your Samsung account. If you have two devices on and change one, the other overrides it. Also, instead of deleting contacts, it's better to edit them. This way, you can change the group and save it. Once everything is working with just your tablet, turn syncing back on, then turn on your other device; it will change your other device as well. Hopefully this is making sense š
