my notes change my icons organization

I did change something in my notes app and this change all the icon organization.

This can be fix followung the procedure

1-hold you finger on the notes app

2-a dialogue message shows up-help/reset home screen/app info and hide icon

3-press help

4-press Why does my homescreen look diferent

5-press change default launcher

6-select ONE UI Home and will be back to the original screen setup/organization

Per the information you provided, it isn't Notes which caused this. You accidentally installed another launcher app.

The press and hold sequence you mention does not exist when the default One UI home launcher is used.
