Hi everyone! Just had a quick question; If I sign out of my Samsung account on my phone and I haven't manually backed up any of the photos apps etc. in the secure folder, does it all get deleted? Like if I then sign back in on the same phone, will the photos and apps I had in there be gone, or does you account have to be permanently deleted for all the data from secure folder to be gone?
It will still remain on the phone and in the account unless you erase it from the cloud. Just signing out of the account, the account will still exist. It will just be inactive. If there is an option to close the account, you could do that and Samsung will likely erase any data associated with it, but it will still exist on the phone, even if you sign the phone out of the account. The only way to remove it from the phone would be to reset the phone. You should be able to do it remotely if its findable. Even if it's offline, the next time the phone is turned on it will reset .
