Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Loading like a snail and then says after 3%of the down load it says code 407 don't know why? I did restart phone and know it is only up to 8% not getting anywhere

I get 407 and 412 error codes on s24 ultra

Just did mine (s24 U) and it went thru with no issues

Having said that, my husband (S22) is taking forever
