Constant notification in Samsung music settings

I am using a galaxy note 20 ultra (not sure if that's relevant) and for the past week at least ive noticed the notification indicator within the app settings was there but when you follow the alerts there ends up being nothing

That particular alert was mist likely to let you know the app was updated and there is a new version number.

then why doesn't it go away? and it's never don't that for any of the previous updates

I don't know, why does it bother you to see a little orange dot?

because it implies there's a notification for me to look at which is why i get rid of notification markers when i can if you don't have anything helpful to add can you just continue somewhere else

No, it implies there is new infomation. You are not reauired to look at it. It's not a message. If the new information is a bersion update, it may keep appearing becase there was another update.

Would you like to try something? In the last image, where it reads samsung music. there is an i at the top of the page. Try clicking it open. Maybe the red dot will also be in there. I'm not sure if it there will be one, but might be lying in wait. but you can tell me if so. Unless you already knew everything I brought up.

yeah i tried that when i first noticed it out just brings you to the application settings inside of the Samsung system settings where can control the permissions and stuff

Yes, this is true. But I wonder if, in the notifications, the badge type can be switched off to not allowed. I am hoping that clears your dot automatically. I'm sure you have been through all of the categories. So it's really all I got . Thank you for your time.
