Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Same here. Takes forever to download. 5 hours and still shows 13%

I wish I could uninstall the update. It took away read receipts and delivery status in text messages. And all the stuff we were able to do with iPhones that were on iOS 18 - now gone. Videos and pics are back to being pixelated and read/delivered receipts has disappeared for that also. The only delivered option is the one in the message settings that sends you a whole notification when the text is delivered. Very annoying.

Spoke with Verizon. They are aware. They say it's a problem with the Samsung update. We will get email or text when fixed. We'll see.

Is there any way to abort the update? Mine's been running the download for over 2 hours and it's only around 31%.... It finally failed at 32%. I checked for update again and Verizon seems to be blocking it due to the problem. Message says "software update is temporarily unavailable"

I alway make sure I update my phone when the update is available. But today update 15 does not want to download. Keep getting an error message. I'm on wifi so that shouldn't be a problem. So samsung, why can't I download the update.
