When I log in to Samsung Health, I receive a message that says "Turn on Auto sync to sync your data automatically and to keep your health data safe." When I click "Turn on Auto sync," it takes me to the Settings menu, and I don't see it. I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 and a Samsung Gslaxy Tab A7 Lite. How do I turn on auto-sync in Samsung Health, and where is it located? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Open Samsung health, and in the top right corner, click on the 3 dots and select settings and make sure sync with Samsung Account is toggled on both the tablet and phone

Thank you very much. I did that on the phone, but it still says that. Do I need to do that on the tablet as well?

Hello adwissler, Thank you for reaching out, and for your contributions in the Community. We understand the concern with Samsung Health not syncing between the phone and tablet.

@GaryB82 is correct. You will need to turn on the sync for the Samsung account on both the tablet and the phone.

If the app is still not syncing between the devices, we recommend reaching out to the Samsung Health team directly by calling 1-855-795-0509.
