Samsung Apps and ServicesYup, have the same problem. Uploaded feedback to Samsung via the SmartThings app, hopefully they can fix this. I would suggest you do the same.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI’m having this issue with my 65 inch Q70 and the iPhone version of the app. I got a washer and dryer that are compatible with smart things so I connected them. I hadn’t used the app in ages, and saw my TV was listed as offline. In hindsight I wish I had just left it alone, but I removed my TV thinking I could just add it back. I have tried deleting the app, resetting the app data, and factory resetting the tv. Nothing has worked so far. I took my girlfriend’s phone and made a new Smart Things account with her email, and it will not connect to her account either. I also gave feedback within the app.

Samsung Apps and ServicesGosh! Same thing happened to my years old frame tv 32inch 2020 model, it has been good until 5th Dec, firstly appeared offline, I tried the factory rest on tv and re add it on smartthings hub but always shows the registration cancelled message on the tv screen after keyin the correct pin. Please fix it ASAP!

Samsung Apps and ServicesSame story here. It was Saturday morning when I woke up to all of my TVs being offline. They're a mix of 2020 and 2021 models. I tried factory resetting, moving the router, changing the bands, and even running an Ethernet line to the TV to try to fix the issue.

Samsung Apps and ServicesAfter this, you should be able to set up the TV via SmartThings. I link my Alexa account to SmartThings, and control it via my Echo device. I heard some people can tell it to turn off the TV, but not on. I set up custom routines for everything to not rely on the "smart" deciphering Alexa or the skills use. If your Alexa won't decipher what you're saying, try this:
Create a routine -> if voice event ("TV on," "turn the TV on," etc.) -> then Smart Home -> TV -> Select device -> Power on.
