I have a notification about something called "child account", however "account" is incorrect because it's written "acoount", this makes me suspicious that it does not come from Samsung.
Good instinct. Hopefully, you didn't tap the notification. Have you downloaded any potentially sketchy apps recently, perhaps from somewhere other than the Play Store or Galaxy Store? If you long press the notification, it should tell you which app it belongs to.
