Smart Tag not tracking

New Smart Tag- just updated- in a van that is on the road,  but it is still showing as in the drive. Phone is on Ultra wide band.  Have searched and searched for a solution, but nothing seems to work.

If I go to locate, it says it is nearby, and when I walk around it gets to around 5ft away,  which is right in the middle of my living room, then never gets any closer according to the app.

The driver of the van has a samsung phone as well, so should be easy to track.  How can I fix this

same here, today i updated both, now 2 devices away from me in the car, but it does not locate. they both are smart tag 2, with todays update.

Also now location history is not working at all

It says server network error...

Ridiculous
