I have a feature request that would be a very helpful for weight training, to have a page to add and customize your workouts like squats and bench press etc, as well as create a routine that you can follow with integration on Samsung health on the watch, example apps jefit and strong lifts.

Why does the app prioritize "consistency" over "improvement" ... I get a warning that my activity "needs attention" when I workout more than I have been - which is an improvement since I had been letting things slide too much.
Same issue with the sleeping HR and HRV, which compare to previous 7 days. If they improve, that is a straight-up improvement, not something that needs attention as if it's a bad thing.

Calories for exercises in the Health App need to be adjustable.
For example, during indoor cycling or on an elliptical trainer, users can set different difficulty levels (e.g., level 2 vs. level 14), which significantly impacts the actual calories burned. However, the Health App currently doesnโ€™t account for this variation.

There should be an option to manually adjust the calorie count after completing an exercise. Ideally, the app should also remember this adjustment the next time the same exercise is selectedโ€”similar to how MyFitnessPal works.

Right now, Iโ€™ve had to crop the workout duration to lower calories or let the exercise keep running after Iโ€™ve finished to increase them, which throws off the heart rate data. This workaround isnโ€™t accurate or user-friendly.

Calorie adjustment should be available for all exercises where pace or intensity levels vary, so users can better reflect their real effort and results.

Could it be possible to add food for days in the future? (maybe up to a week ahead of time?)

I like to plan out my meals, but I hate having to wait till day-of to track them and see the overall macros. The updated features with nutrition info are great, but the lack of foresight is really impacting how useful this app is in terms of food tracking.

Totally agree with you! Adding food entries for future dates would make Samsung Health way more helpful for meal planning. I also like prepping my meals in advance and itโ€™s frustrating not being able to track macros ahead of time. Even just a 7-day preview would be a game-changer.

Hey Samsung, I think the scan your meal idea is nice in Samsung health, but since you push AI why not allow us to scan the nutrition labels and AI can match all the content and fill in the Macros for you?

You might ask why.. I use home delivery and sometimes an items calories or fat changes from a meal already saved.

This way we can enter our meal and scan the most up to date ingredient label for that meal.

Samsung AI would pull the calories, fat, saturated fat, carbs, sugar, fiber, etc using the camera. This is so much easier than entering each manually, plus puts Samsung at a competitive edge over other calorie tracking apps.

It would be great to be able to see weights used in previous workout for same excercise before going into a set. That would allow to configure weight training machines or pick the right set of dumbbells.

It would be nice if chest fly excercise would automatically track reps.

Samsung, can you please bring back percentages in the sleep?

Thank you!

What percentages are you referring to?  They are still there.  There was just no need for the redundancy, I guess.
