Samsung notes unable to restore from water damaged phone to new phone?

I dropped my phone in the water. I got a new phone and when I looked at my Samsung notes the ones from that phone are not an option. How do I find them?

Try reinserting the simple card

It'd at the bottom of the grand river. Unless you mean the new Sim I had to buy

If it didn't get backed up to the Samsung cloud, it's at the bottom of the Grand River and no where else.
