Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Firmware is up to date and I even reset the tv to factory settings. I get a message not available.

Same here. Was watching earlier today and it was gone. I thought it was a problem with the TV, then I thought it was a problem with the Internet, been resetting everything… Very aggravating

Missing the app. Selected a television show from the menu that said “watch on tv plus” and a message appeared that the app was deleted and displayed an install button. I select the install button and nothing happens. Please fix this. We replaced all our TVs with Samsung for the tv plus app access.

I was literally about to purchase a TV for my dad for Christmas until my sansung tv plus stopped working today. The only reason he wants one is because of the samsung tv plus....any idea if this can be fixed for Christmas or I'll have to buy something else I guess

What the **bleep** is firmware. Speak non tech language please and then tell us HOW to do it

Please keep working to resolve the issue, Samsung. And advise if it will re-populate channel listings on its own or if we need to re-load TV-Plus, and refresh directions. Thank you.

When will this be resolved?  I have the current firmware for my TV but still no access to the Samsung TV Plus App -- just on my phone which is irritating.
