Samsung Apps and ServicesThis morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

Samsung Apps and ServicesI think what we would appreciate more than getting back the Samsung TV Plus app is if Samsung would stop installing apps like (specifically) TikTok WITHOUT my consent and not allowing me to delete it and free up space. Gross business practices for a company selling $1k+ TVs “but hey, here’s a free streaming service!”

Samsung Apps and ServicesI know this is a US support site but where else do I go? I'm in Australia and both of my 2022 "The Frame" sets have also completely lost the Samsung TV App. I cannot restore it by restarting or trying to find the App. Both Tv's say they are at the latest available software.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI was actually watching a Samsung TV Plus channel when all of a sudden, the TV changed to a Local Channel; I thought it was strange because I did not touch anything and tried to go back, when I seen there is no Samsung TV Plus channels. I reset the TV, checked my internet connection but, Internet is working fine and still have no Plush channels. I was thinking "Cyber Attack" and so I would checkout Samsung community and found the Plus Channel is out everywhere and Samsung is looking into the issue. Hopefully it can be restored in a timely manner and is not an attack on Samsung and it's Customers.

Samsung Apps and ServicesSamsung TV Plus should have a HEALTH website link/url, this way users can bookmark their health website and get updates from them on what the current status is of the Samsung TV Plus app & how long they think it will be down. Come on people! It's basic customer service. 🙂
