Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I deleted my pluto🫣 app before even reading this, smh. But my TV is making me deleted apps for more space for an update which is wild considering I have had all of my apps with no issues with any other updates and to be honest, I don't want to delete apps that we actively use.  There has to be a remedy to clear cheches from tv if I can do so on my phone (a Samsung). I'm a little disappointed 😞 about this issue because my household is Samsung Life,( we have 3 samsung smart tvs, sound bar, 2 Samsung gear and2 Samsung tablets), and hate to have to change my brand preferences. We have all of these products because of function and interaction between all devices. Needs to be fixed ASAP, not a happy camper 😫😡😢 at all.

Oh forgot to add the fact of having Samsung Galaxy phones and every upgrade is into another Samsung 🤷🏽‍:female_sign: so, what's going on over there at home-base, Samsung?😡😫😢 at 1st, I thought my wifi was not working but clearly connected if it wants me to delete apps for space. Please get it together Samsung.

Samsungtvplus.com does not work either.  That bypasses the TV and just uses you pc. I agree with all this is a mess. Guess I'll work on Christmas decorations for a couple of days.

My update is totally grayed out as well as broadcast on my Crystal UHD 7 SERIES TV.

Can you confirm how this is solved when you havent told us whats happened or fix the app on the tvs.

This has happened world wide from north america to australia to europe.

Unable to use the app on a galaxy device as it not allowed in australia on the app store.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Why is this issue considered "solved?" Up-to-date firmware on my televisions and still no Samsung TV Plus application.
