Samsung TV Plus disappeared.

This morning I woke up and turned on my tv to realize that there is no Samsung TV plus app. It used to always be the first thing that would open automatically, the first app in the Smart Selection. It literally is GONE. I have never had an app just disappear like that, more specifically the own company’s app for their free provided tv service which is WHY I purchased their TV. Let’s fix this Samsung. Please and Thank You

I am having the same problem with my TV.  Will be notified when it is fixed? I was watching a movie and the whole app disappeared.

same here have a cable tv icon.  still not working as of this post and latest firmware installed

Same as others, Samsung TV Plus is nonexistent on my TV as of today.  It has been flakey for months.  I filter out the channels that I’ll never watch, but for the last few months I’ve had to do this every day, sometimes twice a day. The menu keeps resetting to default of displaying all channels.  Hopefully when they fix today’s issue it will also resolve that issue. 

I tried to do a system update but it is greyed out and not available.

Mine is completely gone. Doesn't even show on the app list or search.  My TV is updated.

Mine was working earlier today but disappeared while I was watching a movie on prime.  Hope this is fixed soon!

Hi, yep!  Same here.  I turned on my TV and the Samsung TV plus app was gone completely.  It always comes on when I turn the TV on, it shows the movies and everything which by the way I think are phenomenal and when I saw it said “no source” I was like, what??? I checked my Wi-Fi. It was working and I tried other aops and they were working just fine but yes, the Samsung TV plus app Completely disappeared. I tried turning off my TV and restarting it several times, nothing, still missing.  I just wanted to chime in and let Samsung and everybody else know that. Yes I have this same problem.  I live in Jacksonville Florida. Thanks. Hopefully we get it back soon.

Mine too! What will I do without my history channel channels! Please Samsung fix this!

Whatever you did **bleep** everything up. 
You all REALLY need to stop making mistakes when doing updates or whatever it is you’re doing. 

Before this BS with the TV you killed my fridge.

For something so “smart” it’s incredibly stupid.
