Samsung Apps and ServicesI am trying to create a routine to turn on a SmartThings smart-plug when my TV is on, and another to turn that same plug off when the TV is off. I have attached images of the routines I created to accomplish this task. However, when the TV is off, SmartThings sees it as "Offline," so it doesn't always satisfy the condition of the TV being "Off."
I used to be able to turn that smart-plug on and off through my Logi Harmony hub-based universal remote, but apparently, Harmony no longer works with SmartThings.
Is there another way to accomplish what I'm trying to do?
Thank you.

Samsung Apps and ServicesWhy not just turn the smart plug on and off instead of the TV? If the TV is plugged into the smart plug, turning the plug on/off effectively turns controls the TV status. In any routine you would have to turn the plug on before the TV, or it will not recognize the TV as on. The TV can't be on if there's no juice going to it. So, you could make the "on" routine to first turn on the smart plug, then turn on the TV. However, once you turn off the TV, Smart Things no longer sees it having a condition to control, so your only option would be to turn off the smart plug to turn the TV off. Since the TV will effectively be "on" when the smart plug is turned back on (probably, some TVs automatically activate the "off" switch when unplugged), there would be no need to add "turn on TV" after the smart plug is turned on.
