Unable to remove devices I no longer own from the "my products" page

I go to the my products page and then got to the device I want to remove,  I click on "remove product" and confirm in the pop up.  But the device is not removed.  My device list is getting quite cluttered with items I no longer own.  I have tried to do the delete using multiple platforms/devices.

Just to verify, are you using these steps to remove the devices?

Open the Settings on the Samsung phone

Tap on your Samsung Account at the top of the list

Tap on Devices

Scroll down and tap on the device you want to remove

Tap the three dots in the top corner and select Remove Device

If you are unable to remove devices from your Samsung account, we recommend submitting feedback to Samsung through the Members app: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

You can also try reaching out to the Samsung Accounts team by calling 1-855-795-0509.

I completely understand your frustration I have 5-6 products I need to remove some of them are even duplicate and for some reason the site will not remove them.  I’ve reported it a couple of times to support hoping they will get the issue resolved
