Problems with Dex Not working With Other Devices

Anyone have problems with dex that your controllers and keyboards stop woking when the phone screen off?

have you try to connect a controller to play a game?, it happen that when you start the dex the phone screen it still on, and dont have problems in the game, but as soon the phone shut off and the monitor still keep on because of the dex, the controllereven its conected , dont responde like if it was desconected, but if you try to use your phone screen while conected to dex then , the controller work again while the phone screen its still on.

Yes I have the same issue. As soon the screen turns off controller stops working with dex

I hate it, because i was using ar glasses with dex to play and work , and it was the bomb, but with the problems now, it dont allow me to work or play

Yes I also have this issue but this seems to be a thing that happens every time Dex gets a brand new update and then they fix it as long as we keep posting something about it it'll be changed don't worry every iteration of Dex has always done this at least on my phones that I've purchased. With hiw much its pushed lately, it'll be fixed quickly enough im sure

So it dont lets us wait a long time, because the only reason i marry with the s Serie of samsung is for the use of the dex

There has always been a problem with Dex. Every time Samsung updates, they ruin something in Dex.
