Samsung Apps and ServicesWe are facing an ongoing issue using Intune MAM policies and CA where Outlook stops syncing after a 10-15 day window only on Samsung devices. We have been troubleshooting for the last 3 months trying to figure it out and have a support case with microsoft open for 3 months without any headway. We are in an enterprise environment and have app protection polices deployed with Conditional access policies for Outlook. Users are able to open the app but the latest emails dont sync and requires either a removal of account or a complete reinstall of the application / company portal. When we check intune logs, the erros states it needs app protection polices deployed but that is incorrect cause it was working prior.
