Please include guests mode to ui 7 or multiuser feature other small phone have it talk less of High cost phone. I hear the feature is included in iPad thanks
I feel your pain. I've been having trouble with my A35 since the update, too. For the past month, I haven't been able to use my phone without a Wi-Fi connection. I'm so frustrated with Samsung. 😡
You are blaming Samsung for an issue that is your fault. You admittedly bought a backchannel phone that is not a U.S. version and you got a U.S. version update that messed things up. This is not Samsung's fault, it's yours for not reading the fine print to see that you were not buying a U.S. model phone.

This update completely destroyed my phone. Every change I've noticed has been for the worst, not least of all the speed at which my battery now drains. The s***ty new swipe-down menu is fixable, but that's no excuse for force-changing what people had and hiding the "fix" deep in an obscure menu. Search bar position changes, graphical changes to even more ugly flat/minimalist design, notification icons disappearing from the home menu so that I have to unlock the screen to even see which app sent me a notification.
Even if some of these are fixable, it doesn't excuse forcing the change to begin with. Adding options means adding OPTIONS. Make it so people have to opt into major changes, not out of them. I shouldn't have to do hours of research and fight my own phone to make the same as it was 2 days ago.
I'll try to make the best of the remainder of this phone's life cycle, but never buying another Samsung again.
Read your TOS. You own your phone, Samsung and Google (and app developers) own the software. The TOS says that they can change the software any way they see fit, regardless whether you see the changes as an improvement or not. You agreed to the TOS when you put your phone into service. Just as you believe there is no excuse for making "unwanted" changes, there is no excuse for not reading what you are agreeing to. This language is standard in any software TOS/EULA agreement.

My phone had been horrible since update!!! Things go missing, constantly having to reset different settings... it's so much I can't list or keep up with😡
