Please include guests mode to ui 7 or multiuser feature other small phone have it talk less of High cost phone. I hear the feature is included in iPad thanks
I want to point out that there was a Beta test for this One UI that started back at the end of November but it was restricted to the unlocked S24 series phones on any carrier, or locked phones only on T-Mobile. Would Beta testing even helped in your case? I ask because I think it would have been just as overwhelming to test it since you have to play around with it, change things, get used to things that can't be changed and so on, just like you have to do now. Granted a person did have the option to opt out and restore the One UI 6.1.
With this being a helping community forum if you particular things you don't like or would like to change but don't know how to do it post it here and maybe we can help. Out of the two you mentioned the battery icon can't be changed, rumor has it maybe for One UI 8. As for the notification/quick panel settings being on each side you can change that back as mentioned. To do so pull down on the right to get the quick settings panel, tap on the pencil, tap on panel settings upper left, change to together. This will change it back to the way it was.

As much as it would be nice for electronics companies to be more neuro-divergent friendly, it's not always possible and it may seem ableist to you for me to say this, but just as companies should strive for accommodation, neuro-atypicals also have to live in the world as it is. You made it to adulthood, so you must have developed coping mechanisms for when things are not accommodating. It is also possible that no one thought of it, and as I mentioned to you in your other post, your request is best done through direct communication with the companies in question. Be an advocate.

What's been your experience with OneUI 7 so far? Provided you've been able to update. For me I think the new home up DIY is it's saving grace. ( Not fun when you have ADHD lol) Other than that it's been borderline a trainwreck. Apps don't function properly at times mainly the camera. Has a tendency to be laggy and jittery. WiFi turn on and off at times. Start up when restarting takes longer. Widgets have taken as long as 10 mins to fully load. These are just some of the issues that persist even after doing both a clear cache and factory reset via the boot loader.
Terrible. No classic view option. No tips how to reverse Iphone style changes. Gemini while impressive can't even do things like set an alarm. Samsung is lucky the community here can provide the answers a billion dollar company didn't even think of. It shows a lack of being customer focused. Feels tailored to enthusiasts rather than everyday customers. Feels like a play to get Iphone lovers and lose their base.
Gemini should be able to set alarms and timers, I have no issues with this. You can also use Bixby if you have it turned on. Maybe try retraining your voice. To do so is settings, Google, tap all services, then search, assistant & voice, Google Assistant, voice match, and retrain voice match model. Although I am using Google clock it worked when I was using Samsung clock, I just prefer Google's version better.
