Network locked

Hi everyone. I recently purchased a Samsung s25 ultra. It is a T-Mobile phone. I have us cellular right now. The phone was network unlocked so I could use my Sim from us cellular. When my phone updated to android 16 with my Sim card inside, it changed my network lock to us cellular. If you check the imei, it says it is unlocked to t-mobile. If i put in another carrier Sim card it will not make calls. Only us cellular works now. How can I fix. Please help. Thanks

I had T-Mobile for years and had no problems. The only reason I changed in the last year was I was paying $45 a month that was the minimum I could get away with. I have spectrum internet and they started doing mobile phones, so now I have spectrum mobile phone for $30 a month so that's why I quit.

The nice thing about T-Mobile was they did have Paramount as a discount anyway

How do I post a question Samsung S22 at&t pigs didnt give ne unlock pin 7 months ago after asking several time now I was told they want give pin til I pay up I over heard workers speak on that this is a Samsung phone he may can go to them to unlock but don't tell him is there any truth that Samsung can unlock my phone since I paid it off with At&t and want to leave them??

Once a phone is assigned to a carrier, Samsung can't unlock the phone. The carrier in your case AT&T has to unlock it for you. In your question, you both say that you are yet to pay up the phone and also that you already paid it. Whichever it is, you have to get AT&T to unlock your phone.

T mobile never worked in a lot of places I traveled and work until the merge. I haven't been back since the merge will give it a try anything is better than at&t

The update also branded my phone a us cellular phone and replaced all t-mobile apps with us cellular apps.
