How do I transfer my photo gallery to my new Android phone here I no longer have my Apple phone I switched over to Samsung

You can use Smart Switch and copy everything off your iPhone onto your Android phone.

Are your photos stored in cloud storage with Apple, Google, etc? If you do have your photos from your iPhone backed up in cloud storage you would be able to upload them to your new Samsung device but if they were only stored on the iPhone but you do not have access to the device you will not be able to.
