How can I sign out of Samsung Account if don't have access to it?

How can I sign out of a Samsung account if I don't have access to it? I keep being prompted to sign in, but I don’t have the password. Is there a way to bypass this and remove the account from a family member's old phone that they no longer want?

@Coltonevans25 Are you not able to ask this family member to log into the phone and remove the account? 

If they are using the Samsung account on another device, they can log into that phone and into the Samsung account and remove the old device.
