We need a "just venting" section for those who don't really want help, but just want to spout off about their dissatisfaction with whatever nit they are picking about Samsung.
It's a problem when you are trying to get work done and the software keeps changing for the worse, not better. This is feedback, not bashing, and sometimes it ain't pretty.
Again, posts in the just venting forum wouldn't require a response and Samsung does not care how long you've been a customer and no one but you cares how long you've been a customer.
