Samsung Apps and ServicesOunces is a unit of mass while ml is a unit of volume. To correctly convert between two, we need density (mass = density × volume).
I mean they could use an approximate value of fluid density to convert between ml and fl oz, but again the density of water is not the same as the density of maple syrup. So the conversion may not always be valid.
