QLED and The Frame TVsSeveral issues.
1) Prime video app stopped working
-- tried soft reset no change;
-- pulled power plug no change;
-- reset smart hub no change
In each case, the server under maintenance message pops up.
2) progressed to doing a factory reset.
-- reconnected to the same network as my phone and started working through the steps for setup. Get as far as enter zip code-- any zipcode I enter comes up ax invalid. This would be news to thr USPS
-- apps menu still failing with server under maintenance error.
3) went to maintenance and checked connectivity: all clean.
