The connection had been fine between the Frame TV (pro series) after set up.  It worked for a month.  Then suddenly I noticed the sound bar that had been connected to it stopped working.  Upon further troubleshooting we discovered that One Connect box was disconnected.   Tried as we might, the wireless one connect would not reconnect. Did the unplugging and replugging, resetting with long hold of the reset/pair button, held for three seconds of the button to pair, when unpaired it. The TV can see/find the one connect, but won’t pair to it.
