Recently lost all my favourite art on my Frame TV.
i can see it on the app on my phone, but on the TV when trying to find a piece of art the folders are not showing them. for example apparently there are 14 pieces of Monet art but when I click in only 3 are available.
ive had them all before and since New Year and connecting my phone to the app all has gone off.
my phone and tv are on the same network and connect as remote etc b it art between the two wonāt connect.
