Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend making sure that Bluetooth is turned on and you are connected to the same wifi as the TV. Also, restarting the device you are using to connect to the TV. Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks for chiming in. Did all of the above. Also reinstalled smart things. It works with the inner display but not with the cover screen since the last update on Aug 1. And it's only on the ZFold7. The S25U works fine. I will continue to try different things. Thanks again for the suggestions 🙏
I am completely frustrated with SmartThings and my Samsung TV and how they interact with each other. I also use SmartThings as my TV remote. SmartThings just randomly breaks the connection with the TV and becomes difficult to reconnect. I am starting to lose my love for Samsung. After unistallig Smartthigs and reinstalling it is difficult to register the tv and usually goes around in circles during registration. I hope there is a cure for this app very soon. I am considering a different brand tv and cellphone. That is how frustrated I am. I love Samsung but this problem has me rethinking my options.
