When I put in the power supply, the tv starts turning on and off continuously in a loop. This happens from the initial "The Frame" screen itself. Also, the display starts flickering (flickering lines gets shown) on the "The Frame" screen and then it switches off. And this is continuing in loop if I keep the power supply ON.
Tried restarting (removing power and re-plugging) - didn't work.
