I own a 43q60a. The recent update 2001 was pushed without asking me if i wanted it. Somehow the automatic update option was enabled without me enabling it. Because of this update my soundbar stopped working and to make matters worse my screen has a greenish tint where dark colours are portrayed as green and is constantly flickering if you look at it from the side. To my shock restoring factory settings did not fix the issue because the upgrade 2001 remains installed and it does not go back to the previous version that the tv came in with. Is there something i can do apart from throwing the tv to the trash?

I couldn’t live without my TV doing what it's designed to do. Let’s get this situated for you as soon as we can. Since you've already given your device a factory reset and the display still is not doing right, I believe this particular issue may require service. In order to be certain, I would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis. Please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email if you are in warranty.
