Hello, I’m having a weird problem with my solar cell smart remote. When it is unplugged it doesn’t work at all. No lights blink when I hit buttons and nothing happens. When I plug it in to USB it will only work as long as the solid red light is on. The light only stays on for about 15 seconds because when I go to the TV menu it shows the battery is at 100%. So since it’s fully charged the red charging light goes out and the remote no longer works at all. So I can only use it for about 15 seconds at a time when it’s plugged in. Once the red light goes out because it’s showing 100% it no longer does anything.
Sounds like the remote has gone bad and you need a new one in my opinion.
