QLED and The Frame TVsWe have a 75” NeoQLED. The screen regularly (maybe every 10-15 minutes) goes blank (no sound either) for about 2-3 seconds. Then, the content resumes.
My wife said that the TV updated last week and she noticed the “blanking” began afterwards.
Anybody else experiencing this and, if so, what is the fix?

QLED and The Frame TVs@Tbargar Not sure if you have tried unplugging it for a minute or two. If you haven't, I would give that a try so that it will do a reset.
If that doesn't resolve it, I would contact Samsung Care+ if you have it, or Samsung support.
