We just a bought an 85” QLED Samsung TV and it will not connect to our Dish when we turn the TV on. I was told this is a common problem by Samsung support.

QLED and The Frame TVsThank you. I did call Dish again and a young man was able to figure it out. You go to Samsung settings, Advanced features, start screen options, then turn off start with smart hub and turn off auto run Samsung TV plus.
it should not be this hard nor should you have to pay a JustAnswer person $40 to fix this issue for you. Samsung should put this in their minimal information. Not everyone streams everything today.
