QLED and The Frame TVsI have a 2020 Samsung TV (UN65TU7000FXZA) running Software Version T-KTSU2AKUC-2601.1. Whenever we watch a video from any of our apps, every 30 seconds or so there's a slight video and audio stutter. Occasionally it degrades further and whatever we are watching becomes quite unwatchable. I've done some troubleshooting already
- We get 1 Gbps internet and the router is right next to this tv, so internet connection shouldn't be an issue.
- We tried updating the firmware by downloading the latest to a USB drive and installing it, but found the TV was already on this version.
- We tried clearing off space on the hard drive as I noticed there was only about 7% free space previously. This is now 13% free.
- We tried soft resetting the TV by unplugging it for 30 seconds, and then powering it on and holding the power button on the remote for 5 seconds
Does anyone else have any advise of other fixes to try? I love this TV otherwise and would love for it to be performing smoothly again

QLED and The Frame TVsHello@pderdeyn! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend trying an Ethernet cable to the TV first to see if this still occurs. After that, a factory reset would be recommended to help solve this issue. Please let me know if this helps!
