My tv seems like it's starting to struggle. It won't pull up the home menu when pressing the home button on remote OR in the app, but I can switch apps that have designated buttons on remote or phone app, control volume, voice control works (though won't pull up home or settings...) and pressing power button, tried changing sources that way and it wasn't happening. I have tried unplugging power from tv for a few minutes and still doesn't work. Kinda worried my tv is cooked. Has anyone else come across this and had a solution that didn't involve physical repair or replacement?

Just curious in case it happens again, how do I get to settings when the home menu doesn't appear? There's no settings button on remote. Even pressing the home button in the smart things app for tv didn't work, but volume and app changing did through the app.

What i think did fix it, was going into ambient settings in the smart things app on my phone and it finally brought up a menu, the menu for ambient mode, but that allowed me to access home and settings and seemed to work just fine after that. So makes me think it was kinda glitching thinking it was in ambient mode possibly, but it's been fine since then. What had me worried was even unplugging for several minutes didn't seem to work

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend attempting a factory reset to help solve this issue.

That does sound kinda strange, this seems like it could have been a one off software glitch, but as I am not a technician, I can not guarantee that.
