QLED and The Frame TVsMy remote for my 55 inch frame tv will turn the tv on and off but will not hook up with the standard procedures for pairing. It says device not found when searching for a Bluetooth connection. Iโve tried other Samsung remotes from other tvs that will do the same (turn it on and off, but no hook up). I even wasted 19.99 on the smart things app but without a functional remote I canโt hit the allow button on the tv. Great idea Samsung! Seriously ? I guess the engineering team didnโt have their coffee creating that plan. Does anybody have any suggestions?

QLED and The Frame TVsHello, gparkersondmd. Welcome to the Samsung Community!
Have you tried a factory reset of the remote?
To do this, simply press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for about 5-10 seconds until the remote's LED light flashes to confirm the reset. After resetting, you may need to re-pair the remote by holding the Return and Play/Pause buttons near the TV.
Please let us know if this is of any help!

QLED and The Frame TVsHello there,
We understand you are having trouble connecting your remote to your Samsung Frame TV. Remote connectivity issues can often be solved with simple troubleshooting steps.
Please try the following:
Step 1: Basic Remote Reset/Pairing
1) Check the Batteries: Make sure the batteries in your remote are fresh and inserted correctly, paying attention to the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.
2) Point and Pair: Point the Samsung Smart Remote at the TV's remote control sensor (usually the bottom right of the TV frame).
3) Press and Hold Pairing Buttons: Press and hold the Return/Back button and the Play/Pause button simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.
4) Confirm Pairing Message: A message should appear on the TV screen indicating that the remote is connecting or paired.
Step 2: Power Cycle the TV (Hard Reset)
If the remote still won't pair, a full power cycle of the TV can resolve connection issues:
1) Unplug the TV: Unplug the TV's power cord (from the One Connect Box or directly from the wall).
2) Wait 60 Seconds: Leave it unplugged for a full minute.
3) Plug it Back In: Plug the power cord back in and try the pairing process (Step 1, #3 and #4) again once the TV boots up.
If you have tried all the steps above and your remote still will not connect to your Frame TV, we will need to gather more specific information to assist you further.
Please send us a private message with your TV's exact model number (found on a sticker on the back of the TV or the One Connect Box) and the remote model number (often found inside the battery compartment). This will allow us to provide further support. Use the link here to send us a message or click our profile picture to send us a private message.
