Frame TVs include a "One Connect Box" which allows you to connect your various devices. In the case of your cable box, the One Connect Box has an IR out port which allows you to use the Samsung universal remote to communicate with and control your cable box.
You could keep your connected devices, such as your cable box, in a piece of furniture (like a cabinet or TV stand) out of view. If the OCB for your particular model requires a wired connection to the TV, you can purchase a cable concealment kit to run cables through the wall and achieve the best possible look for your Frame.
