QLED and The Frame TVsYes. I'm having the same problem. QN65QN90D. It shuts off for me exactly as you described and also when using the remote in the SmartThings app. The firmware is up to date.
I will try the power reset and run the diag when I get home.

QLED and The Frame TVsTurns out it was my Nvidia Shield CEC settings. It was set to sleep Shield when input changes and Power off TV when Shield sleeps.
