Hello all, I just got a s90C 65". Wow, looks amazing for games and movies.

I am trying to access the Service Menu. I can get so far when I press: Mute - 1 - 8 - 2 - Power On

But all I can see is:   OPTION, SVC

I've tried pressing, 1,2,3,4 after this but nothing happens.

How can I get to the full service menu? Thanks

Are you using the samsu g remote or the roku remote. It looks like you brought up the roku menu instead of the samsung one

That's the one it came with?!? That looks like an old samsung remote. I thought they started shipping those solar remotes now?

Yes, I got the solar remote with my s90c. But I had this from years ago. It has buttons so I figured I could use to get into Service Menu...........

I see. After more digging. you have to press the buttons in the following order: power-off, info, menu, mute, power-on.

Thanks for the help. I have talked with AVS and apparently my remote won't work. There are only 2 special remotes that will allow access to the full service menu šŸ˜ž

Right. Software developers (even Tizen developers) need it to change advanced features such as the language sets (since the Tizen SDK does not support all languages for the emulator). I call that remote as a Dev Remote instead of a Service Remote.
