QLED and The Frame TVsI have a Samsung 50 inch tv which has very little hours on it.
When I turn on the screen it turns on to a white screen and then turns off. No picture. No sound.
I tried unplugging it multiple times. Any other ideas?

QLED and The Frame TVsThat's definitely odd! At this point, I recommend having the TV serviced. You can either use the following link to locate a service center near you: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/ or you can send me or any of the other mods a private message with the TV's full model code and serial number so we can get you set up for service 🙂

QLED and The Frame TVsHey @LexiCOLE, and welcome to our community! That sounds super aggravating and I am happy to try to help you 🙂
Is the TV plugged directly into an outlet or is it plugged into a surge protector? Have you had any power outages lately where you're located?

QLED and The Frame TVshi! plugged directly into the wall. Tried another location and same problem.
Turns on with a bright screen then shuts off. It turns back on again for a few seconds and off again.
No power outages at all..
Very Frustrating as it was a great tv with low hours on it. My samsung tv from 2010 still going strong lol.
